“We had a bit of a water emergency in our boiler room this holiday weekend and we called GB Comfort Services for the first time. They picked up the phone right away and we were told we would hear from someone within 20 minutes. In only about 5 minutes, we received a call letting us know that Zach would be over in a couple of hours. Zach did an excellent job fixing our pipes and he answered all of my questions. In addition, he cleaned up after his work, which was very appreciated.”

“We unfortunately had an old pipe that needed to be fixed and it decided to become a bigger problem on New Years Eve. I was extremely surprised that when I called GB Comfort around 5pm that night an actual person picked up, not an answering machine. I explained the dilemma and was promptly called by Kevin. He was extremely kind and gave me the option of having Brandon come out tomorrow (New Years Day) or trying to fit me in on Thursday. After discussion we decided it would be best to have it fixed ASAP. We were pleasantly surprised by the price to come out on emergency and on a holiday. We ran into further complications that evening and once again was quickly able to speak to Kevin who actually came out and helped New Years Day evening. We can not say enough good things about this company, they actually care and are local and extremely generous. Thank you SO much for everything !!!!!”
